We’re almost finished with the 21 days of Preparing the Queen. It has been a challenge to do these everyday but I am thoroughly committed to finishing!

Let me ask you something about your life, first to the wives: How many times have you had to say no in the past 20 or so days? When people want to pull from you and your husband, while you just want to snuggle in the bed with him not answering phones or doorbells; how many times have you said no and you’ve BEEN OKAY WITH THAT?

Single ladies, how  many times have you said no in the past 20 or so days? Allowing yourself time for YOU without any interruption; allowing yourself to just sit back and stare out of the window looking at NOTHING. How many times have you said NO, and you’ve BEEN OKAY WITH THAT?

If you have agreed to every interruption in your  life, take a minute today to ask yourself why; ask yourself why you allow people, places or things to take away the relaxation you need to regroup and rejuvenate.

It’s okay to say no, and its good for your health to say no as well. You need to shut the door, close the curtains, turn off the phones, and just be you, with yourself or your husband. When you do this ALLOW YOURSELF TO BE OKAY WITH THAT because this is your life we’re talking about; your life and your future.
